Who is eligible for Cashback?

All players qualify for 5% Cashback every week. Players eligible for the Top Spin Loyalty Program* can earn additional Cashback as follows:

10% Cashback for players with Silver or Gold Rank status
15% Cashback for players with Platinum or Diamond status

Terms and Conditions:

Enable marketing to be eligible for Cashback.
Cashback must be claimed. Login on Saturdays after the Cashback promotional period ends, and claim Cashback via the Bonuses tab.
Cashback will expire in seven days if unclaimed.
Cashback has 1X wagering. Wagering can be completed on games under the Bonus Games tab only.
Players have seven days to complete wagering.
Maximum Cashback is 5,000 EUR (or currency equivalent) per week, per account
Cashback will only be paid out to accounts with an active status.
Players eligible and enrolled in the Loyalty Program earn an enhanced Cashback rate - 10% for Silver and Gold rank status and 15% for Platinum and Diamond rank status. Cashback rewards are paid based on the player’s rank at the time the weekly Cashback period ends.
Only slots gameplay is eligible for Cashback.
Cashback is based on a 7-day period, from 11:00 UTC on Saturday to 11:00 UTC the following Saturday.
Table Games, Live Casino Games, and Jackpot Games are excluded from the Cashback Promotion.
Only players with an overall net loss on all casino games will be eligible for Cashback (paid only on net losses on Cashback-eligible games). For example, you would not qualify for Cashback if you lost €500 on slots but won €1,000 on blackjack during the promotional period).
Play with Free Spins, bonus money, or previous Cashback does not qualify for Cashback.
Cashback is not paid to accounts that have never deposited.
